Verkaufsleiter Handel Baden-Württemberg

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for regional sales and budget planning in Baden-Württemberg
• Implement national sales strategies independently within the region
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership, development, and motivation for a team of eight area sales managers
• Secure and increase long-term sales of successful brands
• Manage relevant regional Key Account customers through annual negotiations and listing agreements
• Create reports, derive recommendations for action, and identify success factors for the sales region

Requirements

• Degree in economics or completed vocational training in retail with further qualification (e.g., Handelsfachwirt)
• At least five years of professional experience in field sales/sales within the beverage or consumer goods industry (Off Trade)
• Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development
• Strong communication skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Excellent market and customer knowledge in Baden-Württemberg
• Residence in Baden-Württemberg
