Verkaufsberater OTC

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales targets are met within the assigned territory (BS/BL/SO) for the responsible product portfolio.
• Analyze customer needs based on data analysis, market knowledge, and established relationships.
• Plan and execute sales tours efficiently according to segmentation guidelines.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Implement global, regional, and local brand strategies.
• Execute customer-oriented services including training, micro-marketing, and promotions.
• Ensure optimal shelf presence according to retail excellence guidelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally within an OTC or pharmacy environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales figures and optimize retail execution.
• High level of customer orientation and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken).
• Residence within the deployment area (BS/BL/SO cantons).
• Experience with modern sales and CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Trax).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Availability for a full-time (100%) position.
