Verkaufsberater OTC

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory for the OTC product portfolio.
• Analyze customer needs based on data, market knowledge, and established relationships to meet productivity goals.
• Plan and execute efficient sales tours according to segmentation guidelines and manage micro-marketing budgets.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Implement global and local brand strategies, including the planning and execution of sales promotions.
• Conduct customer-oriented services such as training, micro-marketing activities, and ensuring optimal shelf presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM and other administrative systems.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally within an OTC or pharmacy environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales figures and optimize retail execution.
• High level of customer orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in modern sales and CRM tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Trax).
• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Residence within the assigned territory (BS/BL/SO cantons).
• Ability to work in a full-time capacity (100%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated agility and enthusiasm for daily customer interaction and changing market dynamics.
