Verification & Control Inspector (NDT Processes)

Responsibilities

• Perform verifications and final inspections in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
• Verify the correct execution and compliance of NDT processes, including MT, PT, UT, and MFL.
• Ensure NDT methods, equipment setup, calibration status, and operator practices align with applicable standards.
• Report results of inspections and NDT process assessments with full accuracy and traceability.
• Support manufacturing areas on technical and quality-related matters.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions derived from quality events.
• Detect and report any HSE deviations or risks observed during inspection activities.
• Perform product, process, and system audits, including verification of NDT activities.
• Maintain equipment status, including calibration and identification of inspection tools.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials) or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or NDT-related activities.
• Level II competency (certified or equivalent experience) in at least two of the following NDT methods: Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), or Visual Testing (VT).
• Hands-on exposure to inspection and verification processes in industrial environments.
