Verification and Validation Manager - Railway Supervision Framework

Responsibilities

• Define the global system validation strategy, including plans, objectives, and testing methods
• Lead the test automation strategy and ensure the implementation of effective tools, specifically using ALM4A
• Oversee the execution of validation strategies with remote teams in Bangalore, ensuring quality control over test scope, results, and anomalies
• Optimize processes for the Concert program and the ALM4A suite regarding validation, specification, requirements, and configuration management
• Act as a liaison with internal clients to ensure consistency in validation strategies
• Direct the setup and maintenance of "sandbox" environments for internal and application developers

Requirements

• Master or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems Design, Networking, Automation, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system validation
• Proven experience in managing validation activities
• Strong knowledge of validation processes, test specification strategies, and test environments (test benches, simulators, etc.)
• Foundational knowledge of Cloud/Virtualization technologies and SCADA/supervision systems
• Proficiency in English for technical reading, meetings, design reviews, and specification writing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
