Verification and Validation Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Develop and update test protocols and procedures for new and existing products at subsystem and system levels
• Execute test planning, design, and strategy development
• Manage test setup preparation and qualification processes
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure requirements testability, design traceability, and test coverage
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and drive corrective actions
• Support the development and management of processes and tools for V&V activities
• Ensure adherence to good documentation practices and quality management systems
• Identify, diagnose, and investigate problem reports and compliance issues
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in test planning, design, and strategy development
• Experience in test setup preparation and qualification
• Strong understanding of unit, integration, and system-level verification and validation
• Proficiency in root cause analysis
• Knowledge of IEC basic safety standards and EMI-EMC standards
• Ability to follow strict quality management systems and documentation practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation scripting
• Experience in validation testing
