Verification and Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, user-centric verification and validation (V&V) test methods for electromechanical medical devices.
• Develop, improve, and maintain robust and scalable test methods, cases, and protocols.
• Execute both automated and manual tests using various equipment and coordinate execution according to project plans.
• Produce accurate test artifacts, reports, and documentation in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to test methods, setups, equipment, and scripts.
• Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and quality engineers to ensure products meet intended specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of V&V processes, tools, and test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline) with a CGPA of 3.50 or above.
• Minimum 1 year of professional engineering experience.
• Introductory-level programming knowledge.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with test instrumentation, including oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Strong data collection and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent technical communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
• Experience with systems engineering and requirements management.
• Knowledge of control and automation principles (e.g., PLC, robot control).
• Experience in managing project risks and identifying edge cases in complex systems.
• Proficiency in a wide range of test methods, including bench and usability testing.
