Venue Sustainability Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage venue sustainability and zero-waste programs at the Cadence Bank Amphitheater
• Train and engage venue staff, including concessions, production, and maintenance, to incorporate sustainability into daily operations
• Oversee and assist in the post-show sorting process of all recycling to ensure quality control and compliance
• Manage show-day readiness using event checklists and identify opportunities to improve diversion efforts
• Track and report on key program metrics using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Box
• Participate in weekly progress calls with the National Sustainability Team and complete venue audit assessments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in operations, event coordination, guest services, or sustainability/zero-waste events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Box programs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and reaching for approximately 90% of show days
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
