Venue Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
• Generate and close inbound leads with professionalism
• Cultivate referral relationships with hotels, CVBs, and local associations
• Perform site tours for prospective clients and vendors
• Manage sales and event booking software
• Identify opportunities to upsell services
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and weekly ownership meetings
• Create in-house and industry events to promote the venue

Requirements

• 5+ years of success in sales, ideally in banquet, catering, or hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work varying schedules including nights and weekends
• Tech-savviness and strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
