About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary duty manager and solo operator for the building
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end guest journey and service standards
  • Promote high-energy hosting and guest interaction
  • Manage local scheduling and coordinate backup staff or assistants
  • Maintain building upkeep, maintenance, and premium standards
  • Ensure health, safety, security, and risk assessment compliance
  • Manage local expenses and day-to-day site budgets
  • Troubleshoot game systems, AV, and technical elements on-site

Requirements

  • Ability to work highly independently as a solo operator
  • Experience coordinating and hosting live, fast-paced event experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks
  • Competence in troubleshooting basic technology, AV, and tech systems
  • Proactive, hands-on, and self-reliant approach to operations
  • Ability to manage building safety and security independently
