Responsibilities
- Act as the primary duty manager and solo operator for the Dopamine Land immersive experience
- Manage overall organization, planning, and operations for set-up and teardown sequences
- Schedule and manage staff through agency platforms and validate timesheets
- Promote high standards of customer service through high-energy hosting and guest interaction
- Resolve customer complaints and manage guest recovery communications
- Oversee stock, cleanliness, and technical troubleshooting of the experience
- Coordinate with local producers, vendors, and landlords to ensure smooth operations
- Manage on-site equipment, POS systems, and health & safety standards
- Perform outreach to local groups to drive sales and additional opportunities
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including reporting and budget management
Requirements
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Proactive, hands-on, and self-reliant approach to operations
- Ability to coordinate and host live, fast-paced event experiences
- Experience managing staff and operational budgets
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Slides
- Ability to troubleshoot technical requirements of the venue
