Venue Maintenance/Cleaning

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue cleanliness by disinfecting fixtures, floors, and restrooms, and keeping guest areas free of trash
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Execute preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
• Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as needed
• Participate in sustainability programs, including waste sorting and recycling collection
• Assist with venue closing procedures, such as collecting recyclables and storing event equipment like lawn chairs and barricades
• Use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment to complete work orders
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain orderly work areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
• Ability to perform constant walking and climbing of stairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
