About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities, including newsletters and communication tools.
- Manage the employee break area and facilitate ongoing appreciation efforts and events.
- Administer the employee recognition program to foster a "ONE-CREW" mentality.
- Facilitate large-scale on-site venue staff training in collaboration with other leaders.
- Develop creative fan-focused initiatives for service recovery and guest milestones.
- Manage day-of-show and post-show reports to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to remove event-day hassles for fans and staff.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of comparable work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Canva.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in a hectic, loud environment.
- Ability to perform constant physical activity, including walking and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
