Responsibilities

• Review capital account statements, financial statements, and investor allocations for accuracy
• Reconcile capital calls, distributions, and management fees
• Assist in preparing internal financial models and performing variance analysis
• Track key financial metrics such as unfunded commitments, NAV, and fund cash flow
• Collaborate with fund administrators to oversee bookkeeping and investment entries
• Manage coordination of audits, tax filings, and compliance deliverables
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding accounting and reporting inquiries
• Support investor reporting workflows and onboarding processes
• Maintain organized records and documentation for each client

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fund accounting, public accounting, or VC/PE financial operations
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and financial modeling
• High degree of professionalism and client service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with fund administrators
• Experience in a venture capital or private equity environment
