Venture Manager

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic ventures from scratch, transforming raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams
• Drive the execution of high-priority missions directly with the leadership team using rapid testing and data-based decisions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major advertisers, managing high-level expectations and project delivery
• Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes
• Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations (zero to one)
• Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Experience in the Rewarded User Acquisition landscape
