Responsibilities

• Develop operational frameworks and scaling methodologies to improve company efficiency
• Lead cross-functional sprints and workshops to ensure high-quality initiative delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations
• Experience taking initiatives from zero to one
• Deep proficiency in market trend analysis and complex datasets
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Lean Startup frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Experience in the Rewarded User Acquisition landscape
