Venture Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch and build strategic ventures from scratch to create scalable revenue streams
• Execute high-priority missions directly with the leadership team using rapid testing
• Manage strategic partnerships and serve as the primary contact for major advertisers
• Develop operational frameworks and scaling methodologies in collaboration with R&D
• Lead cross-functional sprints and workshops to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record in venture building, strategic consulting, or high-growth startup operations
• Deep proficiency in data analysis and market trend evaluation
• Experience managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in innovation methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Startup
• Experience in the AdTech space

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Experience in the Rewarded User Acquisition landscape
