Responsibilities

• Launch and build strategic ventures from scratch into scalable revenue streams
• Execute high-priority missions directly with the CEO using rapid testing and data-driven decisions
• Manage strategic partnerships and high-level expectations for global advertisers
• Develop whitepapers and scaling methodologies to improve internal operational frameworks
• Lead cross-functional sprints and workshops to ensure high-quality initiative delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record in venture building, strategic consulting, or high-growth startup operations
• Deep proficiency in market trend analysis and complex datasets
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in innovation frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Experience in the Rewarded User Acquisition landscape
