Venture Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch and build strategic ventures from scratch to create scalable revenue streams
• Execute high-priority missions directly with the leadership team using rapid testing and data-driven decisions
• Manage strategic partnerships and serve as the primary contact for major global advertisers
• Develop operational frameworks, whitepapers, and scaling methodologies to improve efficiency
• Lead cross-functional sprints and workshops to ensure high-quality initiative delivery

Requirements

• Proven track record in venture building, strategic consulting, or high-growth startup operations
• Experience taking initiatives from zero to one
• Deep proficiency in market trend analysis and complex datasets
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
• Experience in the Rewarded User Acquisition landscape
