Venture Lending Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build, audit, and generate complex financial models to structure sophisticated debt.
• Lead financial, commercial, and operational due diligence for target companies.
• Interact directly with founders (CEOs/CFOs) and global VC funds.
• Co-author Investment Memorandums for the Investment Committee.
• Coordinate deal closing and legal documentation.
• Monitor portfolio companies' operational performance, financial health, and covenant compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Investment Banking (IBD), Venture Debt, Private Credit/Equity, Transaction Services (Big 4), or Strategic Consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and Tech/SaaS metrics.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) for daily interaction with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA certification (Level I passed or currently in progress).
