Responsibilities

• Incubate and launch ventures by transforming validated opportunities into market pilots and securing lighthouse clients
• Establish venture operating models, including governance, funding, and decision frameworks
• Forge strategic partnerships and negotiate flagship advertiser integrations
• Scale high-performance teams by hiring, mentoring, and coaching key leaders
• Drive P&L and playbook excellence through recurring data reviews and codified execution playbooks

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a multi-venture thesis in a hyper-growth environment
• Expertise in building high-velocity delivery engines using Lean Startup and Design Thinking
• Deep understanding of AdTech analytics systems including LTV, CAC, retention, and incrementality
• Experience negotiating complex commercial terms with clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in the office

Preferred Qualifications

• Success in launching or scaling a major product in the Rewarded User Acquisition or Fintech landscape
