About the role
About the Company
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading Healthcare & Life Science AI focused venture capital firms, accelerators, and key startup ecosystem partners
- Source, qualify, and onboard high-potential AI startups into Nebius’ global startup program
- Design and execute tailored partner initiatives, joint campaigns, and enablement resources
- Own and track KPIs including lead generation, startup acquisition, activation rates, and revenue contribution
- Partner with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, product, and solutions architecture
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences focused venture capital, strategic partnerships, business development, or sales & GTM
- 5+ years working in the startup or venture ecosystem
- Deep understanding of Healthcare and/or Life Science-specific VC and startup dynamics
- Proven ability to drive qualified pipeline growth through partnerships
- Familiarity with the AI and cloud computing landscape
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Healthcare/Life Science VC firm, accelerator, or as a startup founder
- Established, high-trust network within the venture capital ecosystem
- Experience in technology partnerships or selling AI/cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and the needs of AI/ML startups
