About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the COO & Co-Founder to expand the operational foundation of VREY
• Translate contracts into scalable reality and shape a structured operating model from growing complexity
• Ensure operational initiatives and projects are implemented reliably, data-driven, and legally compliant
• Develop scalable structures, standards, and decision-making processes for hundreds of projects per year
• Analyze operational workflows and systematically reduce complexity
• Track operational KPIs and prepare decision-making bases for the leadership team
• Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements through automation and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Initial experience through internships in Consulting, VC-backed startups (Operations/Process Optimization), or Venture Capital
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent decisions and set clear priorities
• Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment rather than a standard 9-to-5
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluency in German and English
