Venture Development - New Products

Responsibilities

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives
• Shape value propositions, define MVPs, and prioritize features
• Coordinate sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches
• Conduct frequent, direct client conversations to build deep market understanding
• Drive the launch of new digital products and services from idea to market rollout
• Validate solutions through daily customer interactions and iterate based on feedback
• Actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features

Requirements

• University degree from a top institution with an entrepreneurial focus
• C2 level proficiency in Italian
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Hands-on execution mindset
• Structured thinking and analytical skills
• Curiosity regarding the intersection of tech, operations, and business strategy
