Venture Development Manager: Strategic Partnerships

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a central growth channel by developing scalable partner and project systems
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and the CEO to test hypotheses and scale successful commercial models
• Take ownership of the pipeline, deal closures, and revenue contributions
• Develop and optimize processes, CRM structures, reporting, and automations to support rapid growth
• Drive cross-functional projects to ensure clear responsibilities and operational excellence

Requirements

• Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 consulting, high-growth startups (Business Development/Sales), or Venture Capital
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
• Strong interest in startups, the energy sector, or real estate
• Fluent German (C2 level) and ability to explain complex products clearly
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
