Venture Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Dive into new topics, markets, and customer problems through direct client conversations
• Drive the launch of new digital products and services from idea to market rollout
• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and promote new products
• Own early product management and cross-team execution, including defining MVPs and prioritizing features

Requirements

• Currently studying at a top university with an entrepreneurial focus
• Fluent in English and C2 level proficiency in German
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Structured thinker with strong analytical and execution skills
• Available for a 4-6 month internship in Berlin
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours
