Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end venture design sprint, working across research, strategy, prototyping, and validation
• Break down investment themes into explorable problem spaces and opportunity areas
• Conduct deep market research to identify structural gaps and map the competitive landscape
• Generate multiple potential venture concepts using human-centred design principles
• Design and run rapid experiments including A/B testing, prototype testing, and user interviews
• Synthesise research into evidence-backed recommendations for the Investment Committee
• Collaborate with Venture Builders, investors, and functional specialists to sharpen concepts

Requirements

• Proven experience in 0→1 concept development or venture design
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias for action
• Deep comfort with market research and competitive analysis
• Experience designing and running rapid experiments to validate assumptions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced sprint format

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in German
• Background in innovation or a venture studio/builder environment
• Experience working alongside corporate partners
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools like Figma or no-code platforms
• Understanding of business model design and unit economics
• Experience across multiple sectors such as fintech, healthtech, or sustainability
