Responsibilities

• Drive projects and business areas within sales, marketing, finance, or similar departments
• Recruit A-players to the team
• Develop and implement strategies based on new insights
• Support international expansion and daily operations of business activities

Requirements

• Exceptional work ethic and strong sense of urgency
• Proactive approach with full ownership of tasks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with very good academic results
• Experience from a student job or internship at a startup, consulting firm, bank, or other top-tier organization
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
