Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end early build from problem definition and MVP scoping through to shipping and iteration
• Use lean, experimental approaches to validate assumptions and get products into users' hands fast
• Shape customer experience and product vision by balancing user needs with commercial and technical realities
• Work closely with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum
• Help ventures progress through studio stage gates and support founders towards evidence-backed decisions
• Spot opportunities by staying close to market dynamics, emerging tech, and real user behavior
• Communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to founders and the studio

Requirements

• Proven experience building 0→1 products or ventures across multiple disciplines
• Experience building products in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
• Proficiency in lean methodologies and experimental approaches
• Ability to wear multiple hats across product, design, tech, and growth
• Strong technical mindset with ability to build no-code/low-code solutions or prototypes
• Commercial curiosity regarding ICPs, value propositions, pricing, and GTM
• Ability to maintain strong, honest working relationships with founders
