Responsibilities

• Take Project Tricorder from concept to shipped product, owning build and delivery end to end
• Write production-quality software and ship working iterations at high velocity
• Make architecture and tooling decisions that balance speed with security and reliability
• Handle national security software and data responsibly using secure-by-design principles
• Work closely with stakeholders to validate direction and tighten feedback loops
• Establish lightweight but rigorous security, data-handling, and operational practices

Requirements

• Strong software engineering ability to design, build, and ship end to end
• Proven track record of shipping products fast in 0-to-1 or startup contexts
• Hands-on experience in national security, defence, or sensitive-data environments
• Deep cyber security competence and secure development practices
• Eligibility to work in the UK and undergo security vetting
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments under time pressure
