Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end early build from problem definition and MVP scoping to shipping and iteration
• Use lean, experimental approaches to validate assumptions and get products into users' hands fast
• Shape customer experience and product vision by balancing user needs with commercial and technical realities
• Work closely with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum
• Help ventures progress through studio stage gates and support evidence-backed decisions
• Spot opportunities by staying close to market dynamics, emerging tech, and user behavior
• Communicate progress, learnings, and recommendations clearly to founders and the studio

Requirements

• Demonstrated 0→1 experience in digital health or medtech
• Experience with lean methodologies and experimental approaches
• Ability to wear multiple hats across product, design, tech, and growth
• Strong technical mindset with ability to build no-code/low-code solutions or prototypes
• Commercial curiosity regarding ICPs, value propositions, and GTM strategies
• Professional German language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI to healthcare
• Experience developing innovative health or medical devices
