Ventilation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective actions following mandatory ventilation inspections (OVK)
• Replace filters, valves, and other ventilation components
• Clean ventilation ducts and vents
• Execute minor installations and simple investigations
• Perform service on aggregates and fans
• Work both independently and in teams with colleagues

Requirements

• Several years of experience working hands-on independently
• Previous experience as a carpenter, craftsman, or in ventilation is a plus
• Valid driver's license or a concrete plan to obtain one in the near future
• Reliable, service-oriented, and proactive personality
• Ability to work socially within housing associations
