Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance of ventilation systems
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and restore operations
• Conduct simple air measurements and adjustments
• Perform technical inspections
• Plan and prioritize work time effectively
• Communicate and report professionally to customers
• Execute minor mechanical tasks such as bearing replacements, fan and cover changes, and ductwork completions
• Propose improvement measures

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience in ventilation service/operation or a similar technical field
• Good technical understanding of building systems
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of electricity, control and regulation technology, and operational optimization
