About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve vendor inquiries through the Seller Center and support channels within defined SLAs
- Provide clear guidance to vendors on Mumzworld processes, policies, and tools
- Coordinate with internal teams including Logistics, Finance, Category, and IT to resolve operational issues
- Monitor and report on vendor performance metrics such as fulfillment rates, returns, and cancellations
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, accuracy, and compliance with standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor operations, e-commerce support, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ticketing systems, and vendor management tools (e.g., Seller Center, Freshdesk)
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up abilities
- Knowledge of e-commerce processes such as order fulfillment, payments, and product listing management
