Vendor Risk Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Supplier Change Notice (SCN) tool to manage vendor onboarding and reviews
• Perform risk assessments on vendors using the Moody's Catalyst tool
• Communicate risk assessment findings and highlight vendors requiring further assessment
• Collaborate with teams to facilitate exceptional risk assessments for flagged vendors
• Follow up with GP to ensure closure of action items for rejected vendors
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards within the workflow system
• Take ownership of end-to-end vendor risk testing processes
• Apply basic knowledge of finance and risk management principles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and BI
• Must have a disability (Low vision, Hard of Hearing, or Locomotor disability without support)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in vendor risk management or procurement
• Familiarity with Moody's Catalyst or Supplier Change Notice (SCN) tools
