Vendor Qualification Intern

Responsibilities

• Support supplier analysis by verifying economic and financial requirements
• Update and maintain the corporate database and Vendor Management systems
• Collect, review, and archive supplier certifications, financial statements, and contracts
• Assist in preparing documentation for supplier qualification and tender processes
• Support the tracking of supplier performance and identification of potential risks

Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Management Engineering, Economics, Law, or similar disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
• Good knowledge of English (both written and oral)
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for logistics and supply chain dynamics
