About the role

Responsibilities

  • Improve overall Vendor Performance in key metrics for the Brazil marketplace
  • Adopt tech tools and scalable processes to improve inbound efficiency
  • Reduce inbound defects related to Vendor Delivery
  • Benchmark other Amazon marketplaces to identify new systems and tools
  • Manage outsourcing activities to shared service centers
  • Design and enforce governance frameworks, including Flash Reports and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
  • Develop analysis of key business metrics and execute recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in program or project management, including defining requirements and driving end-to-end delivery
  • Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, Python, or SQL
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements and implementing automation or standardization
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of general AI tools
  • MBA or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, or analytics
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising
  • Proficiency with Data Visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
