Vendor Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics operations from order placement through delivery to warehouses or fulfillment centers
• Coordinate with suppliers and sellers regarding purchases and organize courier or transport services for B2B and just-in-time orders
• Ensure consumer back-to-back (B2B) and just-in-time orders are received at fulfillment centers on time
• Oversee the timely dispatch and delivery of drop-ship orders to consumers
• Follow up with internal and external teams to resolve consumer-related order queries, issues, and concerns
• Manage consumer expectations by providing timely notifications regarding stock availability or procurement delays
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering order volumes, pending fulfillment, returns, and out-of-stock status

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Buying, or Inbound Logistics
• University degree is required
• Proficient in MS Office, internet research, and email communication
• Fluent in both written and verbal English and Arabic
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and teamwork skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in e-commerce, customer service, or vendor/account management
