Vendor Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead key categories and brand relationships for Amazon.ca to drive business growth
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, selection, and catalog management
• Own the P&L for assigned categories, driving profitability and topline performance
• Optimize inventory, forecast generation, product launches, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with site merchandising, buying, operations, and finance teams
• Conduct detailed analytical deep dives to identify growth opportunities and inform category strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Excel
• 3+ years of experience in retail, operations, product/program management, or business management/consulting
• Proven experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and utilizing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements
• Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
