Vendor Management Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational liaison for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners
• Run monthly forecasting and invoice reconciliation processes including variance analysis
• Maintain BPO Quality Assurance frameworks and Tableau dashboards
• Conduct QA calibrations and live call listening to monitor compliance
• Build and manage Statements of Work (SOW) with Procurement
• Deliver BPO performance presentations in Weekly Business Reviews
• Support the rollout of new strategic initiatives by defining KPIs and spotting trends

Requirements

• Experience managing outsourced BPO partnerships or SOW creation
• Strong financial acumen including cost forecasting and invoice reconciliation
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools like Tableau
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills for presenting operational data
