Vendor Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic vendor relationships by championing vendor needs and building long-term partnerships.
• Execute strategic account plans to deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for both vendors and Amazon.
• Optimize product lines through site merchandising, catalog management, and online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify business issues, perform root cause analysis, and publish actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Retail Category teams and internal stakeholders to improve operational aspects of the vendor business.
• Lead regular business reviews (WBR/MBR) to highlight performance metrics and develop growth action plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Proficiency in Arabic (C1/C2 certification preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage business performance through data and numbers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a focus on logical and succinct communication.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with full ownership of outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Previous exposure to retail buying, planning, or e-commerce operations.
