Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate IT vendor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs
• Document, track, and manage IT vendor contracts and support renewal negotiations
• Gather and compile documentation for vendor onboarding and periodic evaluations
• Record, monitor, and manage day-to-day IT expenditures against approved budgets
• Prepare monthly financial reports regarding IT spending for management review
• Record, track, and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets from procurement to disposal
• Manage the receiving, distribution, and retirement processes of IT assets
• Compile regular IT asset inventory reports and maintain the asset database

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, IT projects, and IT finance
• Strong capability in documenting and managing vendor contracts
• Experience in IT budget formulation, cost tracking, and financial forecasting
• Deep understanding of vendor onboarding processes and legal agreements
• Proficiency in financial concepts such as Capex, Opex, and Accruals
