Vending Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, repair, and maintain vending, cooling, and fountain equipment throughout the greater Houston area
• Service and move vending machines containing various Keurig Dr Pepper products
• Refurbish new and used equipment in the warehouse and at various locations
• Ensure all vendors are maintained with the correct brand offerings
• Communicate mechanical issues, account status changes, or customer needs to the Dispatcher or Vending Supervisor
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and operate assigned company vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation by confirming machine serial numbers and completing all data entry with precision
• Provide customers with guidance on proper equipment usage and preventive maintenance

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• 1 year of experience in vending and face-to-face customer interaction
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds repeatedly
• Possession of basic hand tools required to complete the job
• Ability to wear safety shoes with toe caps
• High school diploma or GED preferred
