Vending Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead teams of 10+ personnel, including handling payroll incident reporting
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of vending machines within the territory
• Elaborate and interpret statistical sales reports to drive performance
• Execute client prospecting and negotiation strategies in the Yucatan territory
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales and Personnel Management
• Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more people
• Knowledge of vending machine operation and maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language proficiency
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible and rotating schedules
