Vending Negotiator

Responsibilities

• Prospect and negotiate with potential clients to install new vending machines in profitable locations
• Ensure the successful installation of equipment based on agreements made with customers
• Maintain daily negotiation logs and provide consistent follow-up on pending client matters
• Project a professional service image for both the company and the brand
• Train, coach, and motivate new personnel on job functions
• Meet established performance and productivity indicators
• Comply with internal policies, quality management systems, and safety standards

Requirements

• Completed professional degree
• Proven experience in client prospecting and negotiation
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Ability to establish and execute plans to achieve monthly objectives
