Vending Machine Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vending machines and prepare written service reports
• Respond to service requests from the Call Center in a timely manner
• Conduct equipment testing to ensure optimal functionality and service quality
• Program machines according to specific planograms and calibrate coin mechanisms
• Perform electrical installation diagnostics with customers
• Use appropriate tools and safety equipment provided by the company
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and assigned work areas
• Follow internal policies, document control processes, and environmental guidelines

Requirements

• Technical degree in Refrigeration, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration equipment
• 2 years of experience working with electrical circuits
• 2 years of experience in electrical handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic systems
• Experience in customer service
• Understanding of accident prevention and emergency response
