About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage RoboShop vending machines including product restocking and sanitation
- Handle customer complaints to ensure performance goals are met
- Assist with warehouse management, including inventory and goods allocation
- Support the development manager with leasing processes and contract file management
- Assist store sales in the NYC area as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or 6 months of retail experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation for commuting is required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in a second language
- Valid driver's license or possession of a vehicle
