About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage RoboShop vending machines, including product restocking and sanitation
- Handle customer complaints to ensure performance goals are met
- Assist with warehouse management, including inventory and goods allocation
- Support the development manager with leasing processes and contract file management
- Assist store sales in the NYC area as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable transportation for commuting between locations
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Driver's license or personal vehicle
- Fluency in a second language
