About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a warm and professional atmosphere
- Build customer loyalty through personalized assistance
- Provide product advice and styling suggestions (silhouettes)
- Master product characteristics including shapes, materials, colors, and finishes
- Implement visual merchandising according to manager directives
- Maintain the sales floor and product organization
- Contribute to sales turnover and optimize personal sales indicators
- Handle transactions, deliveries, returns, and stock management
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail
- Passion for fashion and trends
- Result-oriented with a drive for challenges
- Availability starting September 2026 for a 35h/week schedule
