Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and serve customers at the deli and cheese counters to ensure high satisfaction
• Promote the brand's commitment to local producers and merchants to build customer loyalty
• Set up attractive displays and manage department animation while respecting pricing and information regulations
• Manage stock replenishment throughout the day to ensure product availability
• Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
• Handle merchandise management, including receiving, controlling, and proposing orders

Requirements

• Previous experience in a traditional retail sales role is required
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for high-quality food products
• Commercial appetite and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work a rotating schedule (one week mornings, one week afternoons)
